This product is a water-dispersible emulsifier that enhances the affinity of active ingredients with water and air, promoting aeration. 
This ice cream emulsifier is ideal for ice cream and suitable for dairy and non-dairy creams, bakery improvers, and other applications. Effectively reducing surface tension and enhancing aeration significantly improves the texture and quality of the final products, ensuring superior product consistency and stability.
